A popular site for sunbathing and water sports, the 7 km (4.5 mi) Playa de Maspalomas borders the impressive Maspalomas sand dunes and stretches to the Playa de Inglés. With its sandy white shores, the beach is also a well-known nudist destination. Playa de Maspalomas Reviews
Playa de arena. Sitio suficiente. Junto al faro encontramos algunos peces de tamaño mediano muertos, pero por lo demás, todo bien. more »Sand beach. Enough room. Next to the lighthouse we find some medium-sized fish dead, but otherwise, everything is fine.

This exotic beach between sea and mountain is a protected area thanks to the Maspalomas Dunes. The walk with your feet in the water to the southern tip of the island is sublime (1 hour from far to the tip). The temperate climate of the island is ideal in this part of the island, always sunny, for the walk by the sea, the sunscreen is of course recommended. We travelled it at the time of a wind coming from the sea that swirled the sand towards the dunes forming an ochre cloud. The time to return to the Far the wind fell immediately.... magic!
Beautiful stretch of golden white sand. It's as windy as though. And that's not the least of the surprises...Great for a walk though.
A great place to walk by the beach. But remember that it's harder than you think to walk in the sand dunes. 😀
