I've been bringing Sparky, my Shih Tzu, to K9 for play groups since he was a pup. They take great care of him!
K9 strolls never crates their dogs-we use them for grooming. They take their time and let the dogs play so my pup is never scared to get groomed. They're very accommodating and loving towards the dogs.
