  • This was an unexpected gift when visiting the North End. I was very familiar with Paul Revere House but never heard of this historic place. They are adjacent and well worth the visit.  more »
  • It lies along the Freedom Trail so it is nice to look at. However, it was locked when we were there and there is nothing to do.  more »

  • One of the many attractions you can see along the Freedom Trail is the Ebenezer Hancock House, just north of Faneuil Hall on Marshall Street. This is one of the few surviving buildings from the late 18th century and the former residence of John Hancock's brother Ebenezer. Unfortunately, this historic building isn't open to the public due to it being presently used for office space. However, you can enjoy the exterior of the three storey red-brick building. There is a plague with historical information at the corner of the building.
