  • We LOVE Crystal Crane and this was our first visit! They have the pool and private soaking rooms, tepees with private soaking tubs, as well as one with a hot tub centrally located within the tepee, rooms, and cabins. Nice setup, and reasonable. But my main LOVE was being able to access the pond since I use a walker to get around. It was a little challenging, but with a little help and some workarounds...it was fantastic! The roadway is hard packed so not too bad, but there is gravel closer to pond so a little help is needed there. Staff suggested we use a camp chair in the pond to sit in and it worked! The staff is so friendly and helpful, makes you want to return. I felt great after my soak and recommend it to everyone!
  • The setting here is beautiful. The large hot pound is an amazing experience. The night sky is a site to behold. The one night that I was there I made two wonderful friends. I am withholding one star because the management was not exactly friendly. More focused on telling me what not to do. I rode six hundred miles from Camano Island to experience the hot springs. Maybe it is because I was on a motorcycle and not a expensive RV. Maybe it is sadly the trend in America these days. I do appreciate a friendly greeting at the end of a long day. I have given a lot of thought about this review and I feel it is fair and accurate.
