  • Next to the Arizona, this is the attraction you should visit at Pearl Harbor. The ship is very well interpreted with access to most of the decks. Helpful guides stationed around the ship supplement....  more

  • There were several persons who were passionate about, as well as knowledgeable about the mighty mo. I'm retired Navy and I'm grateful for the folks who preserve and take care of this monument. We visited after the USS Arizona, but spent so much time that we missed the air museum. I would give yourself more time than you think you need because it's totally cool to see all of the exhibits and giant guns on the Missouri. Guess I'm going to have to come back to Hawaii again soon!
  • What a great spot and location to tour. To be on the actual vessel of the signing of Japan's surrender with the supreme commander Douglas McArthur on board. To be able to walk on the actual deck(s) for when that day took place. It was just and outstanding day. You will see so many things walking around the big decks. The big mighty guns and seeing just how big they are. Looking out over the sides at the ports and to the USS Arizona site. You will enjoy your time and a must see event while visiting. You will not be disappointed. Also, the steep stairs are hard to descend or ascend for those with bad knees or hips. On going to the surrender deck they do have handicap accessibility by means of an elevator for those wanting to go to the deck. I almost forgot, they have (copy of course) the actual signing of Japan's surrender on deck to view. Again, you will enjoy.
