  • I took so many pics of the Bowfin. Incredible inside this sub and truly enjoyed the sub and the museum.

  • The sub tour cost is extra but worth it. It is not rushed but because you are in a submarine, you may want to move along at a moderate pace and not linger.

  • Great experience. Be warned that after you tour the exhibit, you and your COVID mask will smell like the submarine...for the rest of the day. Make sure you visit the museum. The employees were very friendly. The food that they serve looked fantastic, but my son wanted to look for a local restaurant to have lunch. We ate at 604. It was good.
  • It was incredible to see this part of history. My husband and children enjoyed touring the inside of the submarine, but if you are even mildly claustrophobic, please hang out and check out the views from the deck (which I'm sure is a no-brainer for most people... I just thought I'd be able to breathe slowly and brave though it). I made the mistake of getting a few steps down with a line behind me, and I panicked trying to push past others to get out faster. What I did see was impressive though!
