Create an itinerary including Grand Canyon Skywalk
Grand Canyon Skywalk--a transparent, horseshoe-shaped platform that extends over the edge of the Grand Canyon--is not for the faint of heart. Walk out and gaze down 1,000 m (3,500 ft) to see the Colorado River rushing below. This feat of modern engineering is part of the Hualapai Indian reservation; it was commissioned by and is owned by tribe. You must pay a fee to enter the reservation, plus an additional fee to go out on the platform. Personal items, including cameras, are not permitted on the Skywalk, but you can purchase a professional photograph of your visit from the gift shop. With our custom trip planner, Hualapai Reservation attractions like Grand Canyon Skywalk can be center stage of your vacation plans, and you can find out about other attractions like it, unlike it, near it, and miles away.

  • Sadly this place is mostly an overpriced tourist trap. I mean, the Grand Canyon is the Grand Canyon, so that's cool regardless. But I would really recommend going to a National Park entrance instead.....  more

  • *Way overpriced and completely rude staff! Do not waste your time and money! There are far better places to view the Grand Canyon* As the saying goes, if I could give it zero stars... It is...

  • This was such a unique experience! Definitely more things to do than the south and north rim. It was pretty awesome having the native Americans singing as people explored the area. Do be aware that you cannot bring animals here but there is a location not far from the Grand Canyon where you can board them
  • Beautiful and breathtaking. Every angle has a different perspective of the Canyon and its beauty. You're not able to take anything on the skywalk, but they give you free lockers to store your items. You can play $25 for one of the associates to take one photo...Or you can pay $65 and the photographer will take up to 20 photos. All will be available at the end. They do make you put on special booties to not scratch the glass flooring. We were only able to get photos by going up to the restaurant taking photos through the window.
