Located in the heart of San Francisco, the winding street zigzags downhill past a number of historical Victorian homes and colorful gardens, making it one of the city’s most iconic streets. Take the cable car to the top of the hill and then wander down the street on foot to stop and admire the stately mansions, blooming flowers, and stunning views of the surrounding city. There really isn’t much to this place. We came for the photos but really after a couple of mins taking a photo we felt it wasn’t worth the hassle - it’s a bit out of the way to get to if you’re not...

Wow! We came here some years ago and this is a must do! Walked up and down and drove on it and have to say, it is crooked! Great views from the top and, if you are able, well worth a walk to the top.

We went on an amazing day and just drove to this spot because I wanted to drive down it. Well it was fun! You can't see it all like you do on TV from what is likely an elevated position but so cool to have done. The roads are crazy in general especially this one. I had to ask who would think it's a good idea to put a city in this area! Roads are just wild!!!
